How to renew your New Moon Policy

Please note that you are not able to renew your policy by a direct link on our website or via your Newmoon account.

​

However renewing your policy is still easy and can be done by either of the following ways:-
 

1. Call Newmoon during office hours 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday (closed Bank holidays) on 01892 280323 to pay be card over the phone.
    

2. Send a bank transfer. Details will be on your renewal letter. Please remember to include your policy number as the reference.
    

3. Cheque. Yes we still take these! Please make any cheque payable to: New Moon Insurance Services Ltd and send to our address in Crowborough –
   Newmoon Insurance Services Ltd,
   Pine Grove Business Centre,
   Pine Grove,
   Crowborough,
   East Sussex
   TN6 1DH.
