If you think your Boiler/System service is due or if you have any problems with your system OR if you think you may need to make a claim on your Boiler insurance policy - please call Tincknell Fuels Ltd  on 0845 2300987. Their Operators will assist you and make contact with an OFTEC-Registered engineer on your behalf, in most instances this will be your normal Tincknell's Engineer. We would recommend that you have your policy number with you when you call as this will be required to confirm insurance coverage selected. 

When we handle your claim we want to deal with it fairly, sensitively and quickly so that you get the cover you paid for. Tincknell's will arrange for an engineer to visit you as soon as possible if deemed necessary by the telephone operator.  In the case of an insurance claim, you will need to pay the policy excess of £25 to the Engineer at the time of visiting. Please make your cheques payable to Tincknell Fuels Ltd.

The claims call centre is open Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 17:00.
