We will pay for the repair of replacement of the following items:

• Boiler components including the water jacket or heat exchanger
• Water circulating pump
• Motorised valve
• Time clock/programmer
• Fire safety valve
• All parts and associated labour

Our cover includes the following subject to a £25 excess each and every claim:

• All labour costs
• All parts costs
• Priority telephone help-line
• £2,000 cover limit each and every claim
• Unlimited call-outs during the annual contract period 

 COMPLETE BOILER CARE SILVER 

• All cover offered by the BRONZE policy (subject to a £25 excess each and every claim); plus 
• Radiators and valves
• Thermostats (wall or radiator mounted)
• Expansion tank
• £20,000 cover limit during annual policy period
• Unlimited call-outs during the annual contract period, subject to the annual cover limit

 COMPLETE BOILER CARE GOLD

• All cover offered by the SILVER policy (subject to a £25 excess each and every claim); plus
• Associated plumbing between oil tank and dwelling
• External groundworks
• Full remediation (making good) both internally and externally as required
• Accidental Damage to oil tank as a result of impact
• Contamination of oil tank contents at point of supply
• Emergency hotel accomodation as a result of system breakdown
• £25,000 cover limit during annual policy period
• Unlimited call-outs during the annual contract period, subject to the annual cover limit
